I certainly hope not. That's why I took the damn pill to begin with.
After being a user of the Merina IUD for 5 years. I wanted to get away from any hormonal birth control after experiencing Thyroid complications. So condoms where the way to go or so we thought. After about 6 months of using we had our first major pregnancy scare on Sept 21 when it broke and he came inside me that evening.
My journey takes me to 3 local pharmacy the next morning(Sept 22) nobody either A) carries it or B) refused to sell it and refused to tell me where I could purchase it. What a load of crap!! My 72 hour prime time is dwindling as we speak.
Luckily another woman who heard my auguring with the pharmacy and told me to go to the health department where they had it for half price! As soon as my classes are over Friday Morning I head to the Health Department and get my Plan B One Step for the price of $20. That is waaayyy better then the pharmacy price of $50+!!!
I use a period tracking app that does NOT show when I am ovulating- just my period. The nurse at the HD kindly punched my information in and then said "OOOOOoo". Wait, what? Why is she saying OOOOooo??
Come to find out I have started my Fertile time. Oh great. She then tells me that I now have about a 50/50 chance of the pill actually working because I am so close to Ovulation. I take the pill with the little cup of water she provided and left feeling indifferent.
Naturally, Because I have just taken a triple dose hormone pill me and the boyfriend come to the conclusion that because it is in my system the pill will be effective at stopping any future eggs from becoming fertilized. WOO HOO free pass! We have unprotected Sex later that Friday night.

Implantation bleeding or plan B symptoms?
September 15 th- First day of my period.( Cycle day 1)
September 21 st- Condom broke and he came inside me!!
September 23 rd- Health Department to get Plan B One step (one dose pill) 3pm. Assuming we are now "protected" we had unprotected sex 3 hours later :)
September 23 rd- start of my fertile days!! Health department lady said I stand a 50/50 chance since I am in my fertile days of becoming pregnant.
September 26 th- I have a 25 day cycle so this is my Ovulation day
October 8th- Earliest day to do a Home pregnancy test (hpt) if positive
If pregnant my body won't give off any pregnancy hormones til October 8th ( 12 days past ovulation) at the earliest. By 15dpo (October 11) I should have a 100% answer on my HPT
UPDATE: I took a urine pregancy test on October 12 which came back NEGATIVE!! *Big sigh of relief* I am still having off and on syptoms nearly 1 month after taking the Plan B Pill.
Pregnancy symptoms after taking Plan B Pill
After stumbling on a website called 2weekwait.com alot of women kept a detailed record of them trying to conceive a baby. I chose to keep record of my "pregnancy" symptoms just in case others would like to read what I experience.
9/23- Plan B pill taken after accident on 9/21. Later that evening we did it again.Pointless I know.
9/25- Felt cramps and ovulation pain.Plan B pill was to delay or prevent ovulation. Why am I having the O pains then?
9/26- Original ovulation date
9/27- Started feeling weird, some nausea in the afternoon, bloated feeling, major headaches.
9/28- Really bloated this morning and the smell of ceral makes be wanna barf! Lots of pressure under my right rib cage extending down to pubic bone. Sharp jolt like feeling from belly button to pubic bone.
9/29- bubbly feeling- like i have gas bubbles but don't.My breast hurt so bad I can't where a bra- the feeling of even a tee shirt makes them ache.
the evening brough nausa- I felt like i'm on a boat
9/30- no cramps today!, boobs still so sore, and nausea. The smell of cigarettes knocks me to my knees. Small smudge of brown watery stuff on toilet paper. Later in the day using the bathroom brought more smudges on Tp first,brown then pink then bright blood red.Everything was watery though. I thought I was peeing blood at first.!
I used only 1 pantyliner- looked up online thought implation bleeding b/c the time frame was a few days after ovulation.
10/01- horrible back aches- need heating pad for relief, I just laid in bed miserable. Still having spotting but now is light brown. Went through 2 panty liners today. Still watery and doesn't have that "period" smell
10/02-nausea in the morning and smells still get to me. night nausea has gone away
10/3-slight right ovary cramping- brown spotting still there-7 days past ovultion I can't test until 10/10 one more week!
10/6- nausea is still there, brown spotting has finally stopped.
10/7- horrible ovary pains!! Laid up with a heating pad all day :( over all miserable feeling kinda depressing.
10/10- This is suppose to be the start of my period but I haven't had nothing yet. Will test in a few days.
10/13- I just took a HPT and it came back negative!
The first several days I seriously thought I was pregnant. I have one daughter already and know the symptoms. Luckily for me I also know that birth control is the same synthic hormone that occurs in real pregnancy.
Birth control gives low doses of this fake hormone to trick your body into thinking your pregnant.
Ok.

Of course my body will react like it's pregnant.
Am I really pregnant or is this just the pill?- It's just the pill only because the symptoms have started to disappear.

Plan B (morning after pill) side effects
So far in the horrible 2 weeks since taking the pill at the Health Department; I have experienced:
* Horrible back aches (Heating pad has been my friend for a few days)
* Headaches only for a few days
* Watery weird period- Instead of a regular gooey period I had brown,pink and red watery like fluid. No clots or lumps passed. Used only panty liners not heavy at all
* Cramping and ovulation pain
* Nausea ( hits every few hours in full force)
* Bloating ( feels like I can't sit down) God Bless yoga pants!

Is it normal to have brown discharge after a week of taking the Plan B pill?
So far I'm gonna go with YES. Why? because the other 3 million post on the same topic agree that it happens.
